Family Fun Day

Join us for a Family Fun Day on Monday, May 20th! Our facility will be open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. You and your family can enjoy playing in our state of the art facility, running through various obstacle courses and playing games! There will be lots of prizes to be won, as well as a Barbeque. Cost is $5 for children ages 1-12. We hope to see you there!

Did someone say FREE? Help us celebrate strong women around the world with a series of free classes for female family members of Rideau athletes. We’ve got Cardio-dance, Strength-and-Stretch, and Adult Gymnastics classes. Join us this Friday, March 8, for International Women’s Day — everyone is welcome, no matter age or experience!

What a weekend! Congratulations to all our athletes who competed at the Ottawa Gymnastics Centre Tulip Classic and at the MAG Third Ontario Cup — we are so proud of everyone! Special congrats to the following medalists:

-Nathanael (Gymnastics Ontario Open): Gold AA, Bronze on Floor, Silver on Pommel Horse, Silver on P-Bars

Family Fun day/No regular classes

Happy Family Day Everyone!

Rideau Gymnastics and Resolute Center are happy to invite you for a Family Fun Day! Start time is 10:00AM.
Gymnastics Drop-In is available for children ages 0 to 12 ($5.00) from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
In the Resolute Center Art studio kids can Paint Ceramic Figures (price varies by size they choose from $5.00 to $15.00). Instructor-led painting on stones or canvas.
Resolute Lego and Minecraft Halls will expect some Mighty Builders – half a million Lego peace await them;
Adults can participate in touch my toes contest and maybe join us for some stretching.
