Icon Tumbling

If your child loves to run, jump, and tumble, come join a Power Tumbling Class! If your child is in cheerleading and wants help with cheer-specific tumbling skills, sign up for our Tumble & Cheer Classes. All tumbling classes utilize the spring floor, tumble track, and trampoline in order to teach a diverse range of jumps and acrobatic skills. The Power Tumbling Classes are most suitable for kids age 7 and up. All classes are co-ed.

TUMBLING 1

1.5 hr class
7+ years 
CO-ED

This class teaches introductory tumbling skills such as: handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and a variety of rolls with a focus on strong foundational techniques. Athletes are introduced to a variety of tumbling apparatus including the Tumbl Trak, trampoline, rod floor, and spring floor. This is an ideal class for beginner gymnasts / dancers or anyone looking to improve tumbling basics and increase overall strength and flexibility. 

TUMBLING 2

1.5 hr class
7+ years
CO-ED

Prerequisite: Cartwheel, Handstand, Bridge Kickover

This class teaches intermediate tumbling skills with a focus on technical improvement and combination passes. Walkovers, round-offs, handsprings, and aerials are introduced on a variety of tumbling apparatus including the Tumbl Trak, trampoline, rod floor, and spring floor. This class is great for current gymnasts, dancers, divers, or martial artists who want to level up their tumbling skills.

TUMBLE & CHEER 1

1.5 hr class
7-10 years

Prerequisite: Interest in cheer

Our intro tumble & cheer class provides an excellent foundation for cheerleading with a focus on skill development, conditioning, and increasing flexibility. Athletes will be introduced to basic cheer jumps, motions, and tumbling skills including handstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers.

Athletes develop their skills by using the Tumbl Trak, trampoline, double mini, sprung floor, and rod floor.

TUMBLE & CHEER 2

1.5 hr class
8+ years

Prerequisite: Cartwheel, Handstand, Bridge Kickover

With the goal to guide athletes to develop the strength and endurance to learn more advanced skills. Athletes will practice various drills and skill progressions on the Tumbl Trak, trampoline, double mini, sprung floor, and rod floor. A strong focus on conditioning and stretching will be present and skills including; connecting jumps, back and front handsprings or tucks, and beginning skill connections will be introduced.

TUMBLE & CHEER 3

1.5 hr class
8+ years

Prerequisite: Roundoff two back handsprings 

This class is ideal for current cheerleaders looking for extra practice and coaching for learning advanced and elite skills such as twisting or connecting multiple skills with a large focus on strength and conditioning and use of drills to learn and improve new difficult skills safely. Athletes develop their skills by using the Tumbl Trak, trampoline, double mini, sprung floor, and rod floor.
