BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Make your child’s birthday extra memorable by celebrating with us! Save yourself the trouble of having to clean up and the worry of having your house destroyed. We will provide the fun, excitement, and extra hands to help tidy up after everything is done!
All parties take place on Saturdays or Sundays. There are many time slots available.
Please reserve your spot via our booking system. A (non-refundable) $75 deposit is required to reserve a time and date for your party. There is no charge to reschedule your dates. The balance is due the day of your party. If you have any questions, please email birthdays@resolutecenter.ca or call (613)627-0066.
There is no charge for parents/guardians supervising the party or for children under the age of 2.
There is a maximum of 2 adults (accompanying the party) on the gym floor at a time, except for parents of children 3 year-old or younger, who must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. There is no limit to the number of parents allowed in the lobby/viewing area.

GYMNASTICS, NINJA & PARKOUR PARTY
IDEALLY SUITED FOR AGES 4+
Mark this special occasion with maximum fun in our giant facility! Our birthday coaches will spend an adrenaline-pumped 1 hour and 15 min with your party playing and swinging them through parkour style races, the Ninja Obstacle course, trampoline, foam pits, tumble track, and more! Afterwards, there’s still 45 min in one of our charming birthday rooms/spaces. We’ll bring the fun to your party and help clean up the mess after!
If there is a preference for more gymnastics or Ninja Obstacle type activities, please let us know so that we can accomodate you. If you don’t have a preference, your party will get to try a little bit of everything!
All participants must have clean indoor shoes if they would like to run the warp wall.
Children 3 years-old or younger must be supervised by 1 parent/guardian during gym time. Otherwise, there are a maximum of 2 parents at a time on the gym floor.

Families can bring:
■ Additional Decorations
■ Drinks/water, cups, snacks and food (nut free please)
■ Cake and candles, don’t forget the knife!

DANCE BIRTHDAY PARTY

If you’re looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate your child’s birthday, then look no further than a dance party! Our parties are suitable for children of all ages, skill, and interests! From hip-hop to ballet, jazz to contemporary, our parties have something for everyone. We even offer customized choreography to make your child’s party extra special.
Our party package includes 1 hour and 15 min in the dance studio and 45 min in the party room. While in the dance studio the kids will receive a dance lesson with one of our experienced instructors, participate in fun dance games, and the birthday child will have a chance to show off their moves in a mini-performance!
You will have 45 minutes in one of our beautiful birthday party rooms to cut your cake, have snacks, and celebrate the birthday child. The party room will be available for you to decorate 30 min before your time in the room. We always have napkins, plates, cups, and forks/spoons should you need. Our party host will be available to help but parents are primarily in charge of this time.
At the end of the party, we will assist with clean-up! Everything is set to make your party hassle-free.
At our dance birthday party, your child and their friends will have the opportunity to build confidence, express themselves creatively, and have a great time with their friends!

GOOD TO KNOW!
■ All children need a completed waiver (If you forget a paper/digital versions are available at the front desk the day of the party)
■ Clean indoor shoes are needed for the Ninja Obstacle course and Warp Wall
■ Comfortable clothes are a good option when playing in the gym
■ All parents are welcome to join the party in the party room, but there is a maximum of 3 parents on the gym floor at a time to help alleviate overcrowding, unless a child is under 3 years old
■ You will have access to the party room to decorate/set up approximately 15 min before your scheduled time in the room
■ Feel free to order and have pizza delivered to the gym

We accept Cash, E-transfer, Cheques, or Credit Card payments. Please make cheques payable to Rideau Gymnastics.
