BELT COLOURS
Belts are awarded after completing a belt exam. Progression through the belt levels is on an individual basis.
The belt colors in Taekwondo represent different levels of proficiency, with each color indicating the increasing skill and knowledge achieved.
The levels are as follows (from beginner to expert): white, yellow, green, blue, red, and black.

TAEKWONDO CLASSES
(Parent + Kids aged 2-3)
Get ready for a delightful adventure as parent and tot duo step into the colorful world of Taekwondo! With giggles and tiny kicks, this interactive class fosters early coordination, balance, and bonding, planting the seeds of a lifelong love for sport and fitness in our littlest warriors and their proud grown-ups.
What to wear: parents and kids can wear comfortable athletic clothes and barefeet. A TKD Gi is appropriate but not necessary.
All kids new to TKD start with a while belt and this class is a fun and comprehensive program that teaches kids the skills to progress to a yellow belt. Although there is technical learning, this level uses elements of taekwondo paired with fun activities and fundamental movement skills in an age-appropriate way. Students will also develop key skills such as bully and stranger drills.
Dress Code: TKD Gi, appropriate belt colour, barefeet.
This program is designed to empower students and build their confidence. Students without any experience will start with a white belt and will learn the skills and techniques to earn their yellow belts.
