Parent and Tot Yoga

Yoga with my Child

1 hour, ages Adult + tot (0 months - 60 months)

Our Yoga with my Child class offers you the chance to practice yoga while your little one(s) is(are) close by, or even right by your side! You can relax and unwind while your child has the opportunity to crawl and climb on the safe kindergym equipment around the floor. Feel free to stay for the remainder of our parent and tot drop-in after your class, which runs from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm!

Roberta’s favorite part of yoga is the sense of calm and contentment it brings her- feeling present and focused. Roberta is certified in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Round Bodies, Yoga for Seniors, and has taken additional training in Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones, Thai Yoga Bliss, Yoga for Teens, Yoga Nidra, Core Immersion and more! With a wealth of knowledge, Roberta is a fabulous yoga instructor, ready to help you start or continue on your own yoga journey.
