Rideau Gymnastics was started by some families who were looking for a place where their kids could practice and hone their gymnastics skills in an environment that is welcoming to all. Armed with a strong belief in the value of gymnastics and in a small temporary space in Carleton Place, Rideau Gymnastics was born! Eventually, the club moved into this planned Kanata location.

We’ve evolved a lot since those early days but we believe that no matter where you are in life, staying physically active and having fun are essential. The club has grown from just a handful of families looking for a place to belong into a place that nurtures podium-placing athletes as well as those just learning to walk and everything in between. We now offer everything from Parent & Tot Developmental classes, Artistic Gymnastics, Tumbling and Trampoline, Parkour, Ninja Obstacle, Adult Classes, Private Lessons, Camps, Birthday Parties, After School Care, the list goes on! We are constantly adding to our roster of fun and interesting things, so please keep checking for updates. No matter your background, skill or physical fitness level, we are the place for you!
