PARKOUR

Parkour classes incorporate elements of running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping. Athletes will learn to move rapidly through a unique environment up and over various equipment while having to make split second decisions to find the most efficient way possible. They will learn skills using the spring floor, trampolines, double mini, tumbl trak, vault, and beams.

Our exciting Parkour classes unleash athletic potential, incorporating running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping with personal style and flare. Our program guides athletes of all abilities to master rapid movement over equipment, while learning skills on spring floors, trampolines, vaults, beams, and more!
PARKOUR 1 for ages 6-8, 1.5 hrs
PARKOUR 2 for ages 8+, 1.5 hrs
PARKOUR 3 for ages 8+, 1.5 hrs
