Trampoline is an Olympic sport. It symbolizes freedom, flying and defying gravity. It is all about jumping, twisting, somersaults, and even multiple somersaults with twists performed one after another to form breathtaking routines. Trampolinists perform 10 skills in a routine and try to maintain maximum height throughout.
If you love to jump, flip and dream of flying then Trampoline is the sport for you. We offer programs to help any athlete regardless of experience or age. You will start building routines with a variety of different skills and learning your own rhythm. As your confidence grows the sky is the limit. Drills for skill development, strength, power and flexibility will also be included to help you meet your full potential. We can’t wait to watch you soar to new heights, gain new skills and achieve your goals.
