It’s never too late to try gymnastics! We’ve got adult classes for everyone, no matter your level, we are here to help you improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in an interesting and fun way!
We offer coach-led classes that are focused on safe, effective movement, with warm-ups, cool-downs, and adaptable options to suit different abilities and goals!

Adult Gymnastics
2 hr evening class

Our adult classes are designed for all levels and focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Whether you’re returning to movement, trying something new, or looking to complement your current fitness routine, our adult programs offer a balanced, enjoyable way to stay active.

Adult Fly Yoga
1-hour daytime (lunch time) classes
Adult Fly Yoga uses a supportive fabric hammock to assist with stretching, balance, and gentle strength work.
This class emphasizes smooth, controlled movement and offers a feeling of lightness through supported poses and spinal decompression. Fly Yoga can help relieve tension, improve flexibility, and build strength without overloading the joints.
No prior experience required. All levels are welcome.

Adult Strength + Stretch
1-hour daytime (lunch time) classes
This class blends strength training and deep stretching to help improve muscle tone, joint mobility, and overall flexibility.
Each class focuses on targeted strength work followed by guided stretching to support recovery, posture, and back health. Exercises are adaptable, allowing participants to work at their own pace while building confidence and consistency.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
