This program is designed to develop basic motor and gymnastic skills correctly and safely. Skill learning is achieved seamlessly by playing fun games in a positive group setting.

Parent and Tot Class

45 mins, ages 18 months-36 months

Our structured parent and tot class invite you to bring your toddler in and practice gymnastics together! With our variety of kindergym-specific equipment, our parent and tot class is the perfect place for your little one to come crawl, jump and climb! This is a sessional class.

Kindergym

1 hr, ages 3-4

Our kindergym class is a recreational gymnastics class that caters to children aged 3-4. This class teaches basic gymnastics concepts while keeping a fun and exciting environment. Kindergym is a great foundational class that teaches kids social skills, coordination and more!

Mighty Twisters (Dance/Gym)

1 hr, ages 3-5

This class is a wonderful way to introduce your child to a fun and exciting program which introduces them to two sports in one environment. The class incorporates the fun of music and rhythm explored through ballet, jazz and hip hop, while also including creative play with scarves, rhythmic ribbons, parachutes and more. To march, hop, skip and jump are some of the fundamentals that your little dancer will learn. In the second half of the class your little ones will get to explore the gym and learn the fundamentals of gymnastics through circuits while building their confidence, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility.

Mighty Athletes (Sports/Gym)

1 hr, ages 3-5

A fantastic class designed to allow your little ones to participate in a variety of sports - soccer, football, volleyball and bowling are just some of the sports your children will be introduced to in our 25,000 sq. ft. indoor year-round facility. Then for the second half of the class your little ones will get to explore the gym and learn the fundamentals of gymnastics through circuits while building their confidence, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility.
