RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a unique combination of gymnastics elements, strength, flexibility, dance, and grace. Rhythmic teams perform carefully choreographed routines to music and while using various apparatus – ropes, balls, hoops, ribbons, and clubs. The beauty of rhythmic gymnastics is achieved by harmoniously blending grace and strength with music and self-expression.
