Join us for a special evening with Brenna Casey—Olympian, physiotherapist, and athletic therapist—designed to help athletes and parents learn practical strategies for injury prevention and long-term wellness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Brenna’s interactive workshop will include hands-on demos and expert tips to help you:

• Prevent injuries with strategies tailored for gymnastics and trampoline athletes
• Recognize early signs of overuse and know how to respond
• Learn exercises and stretches to boost performance and reduce risk
• Support athletes’ health for long-term success

With her extensive experience working with high-performance athletes, Brenna brings both professional expertise and a deep passion for athlete care. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from a top professional in the field.

REGISTRATION

Cost: $25 per family — whether that’s one parent and one athlete or the whole family. We especially encourage parents to come with their athlete (particularly younger ones) so you can learn and practice together.
