As the current lockdown continues for longer than we have hoped, Rideau Gymnastics will offer the series of LIVE VIRTUAL GYMNASTICS FUN, STRETCHING, AND CONDITIONING CLASSES from January 18th, 2021 to February 14, 2021, in order to keep active and stay connected until we are allowed to resume activities.
*Cost:
For anyone currently enrolled in WINTER 1 Session: no charge;
A payment of $25 covering 4 additional virtual classes. This payment can be used as credit towards registration for the remainder of the WINTER 1 recreational session;
What do you need to participate?
– A way to watch/join through Zoom Video to participate
– A clear area (at least 6’ x 6’)
– Extra: a clear wall to do handstands / other activities against, a chair or couch (raised surface)
